If Paddington Bear walked into a bar, we’re fairly certain this would be his cocktail de jour. Sitting somewhere between a Mimosa and a Breakfast Martini, the Citrosa is a wonderfully refreshing cocktail that finds its kick in the sweet taste of Marmalade.

Shake the ingredients with ice and double strain into a large champagne glass before topping with 45ml sparkling wine
30ml Forty Spotted Citrus and Pepperberry
2 Bar Spoons of Marmalade
60ml Fresh Orange Juice
45ml Sparkling Wine
