Simply take all the below ingredients in order and place into a cocktail shaker and ‘dry shake’ vigorously (that means without ice). Allow it to sit before adding ice to the shaker and shake again until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe cocktail glass and add a splash of soda before serving. It’s the perfect pre-dinner cocktail that’s always in style.

45ml Forty Spotted Raspberry & Rose
15ml Sugar Syrup
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Aquafaba or an egg white
Fresh Raspberries
Soda Water
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake
vigorously. Add ice to shaker and shake until chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe cocktail glass and add a
splash of soda.
