SPICY BLOOD ORANGE COLLINS  

45ml Forty Spotted Citrus & Pepperberry Gin
10ml Sugar Syrup
15ml Lemon Juice
Dash Tabasco
150ml Blood Orange Soda
 
Add Citrus & Pepperberry gin, sugar syrup, lemon juice
and tabasco to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake
until chilled and strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
Top with Blood Orange Soda.
