How to make a Pink Gin Spritz

Super fashionable in the 70s, the spritz has made a huge comeback in recent times and our Pink Gin edition is set to become a summer smash. Grab a shaker and pop in some raspberries, mint, Wild Rose Gin and sugar syrup. Shake until your wrist says ‘enough’ before straining into a stemmed glass filled with ice, just for that fancy finish. Top it off with prosecco and garnish with fresh mint and raspberries. Whack on some Jazz or blues and take it all in.
